Conducting Procurement Unit: Nutrition Services
The purpose of this request for proposal is to solicit competitive sealed proposals from qualified Vendors to provide the Child Nutrition, Fresh Fruit and Vegetable Program (hereafter referred to as FFVP) with top–quality, fresh fruit and vegetable items grown locally (Utah), domestically, and in all parts of the world for Alpine School District (hereafter referred to as ASD) schools and students participating in this nutrition education program.
It is anticipated that this RFP will result in a single contract award to the responsive and responsible vendor with the highest score justified by the procurement code .
Length of Contract: 5 years
