The project will consist of full width, full depth reconstruction of Allison Avenue from Mowrey to Asbury

10% Bid Deposit

100% Performance and Payment Bond

Bid Deadline

August 20, 2025 at 2:00 pm (Central Time)

City Clerk's Office – Train Depot Building

210 W. Main St, Ottumwa, IA 52501

Bids will be publicly opened and read immediately after the 2:00 pm deadline in Conference Room 8B on the second floor.

Project Start Date: October 1, 2025

Project Completion: 25 Working Days

Liquidated Damages: $200.00 per day.

Engineer's Opinion of Cost: $325,000.00
