Alliant Energy Center Exhibition Hall HVAC Controls Commissioning

Dane County Department of Administration- Public Works Engineering Division is inviting proposals for professional controls commissioning services for the Alliant Energy Center upgraded controls infrastructure in the Exhibition Hall located at 1919 Alliant Energy Center Way, Madison, WI 53703. Selected consultant will act as CxP for the installation of a new Building Automation System including but not limited to point checkout and sequence of operation verification.

The Exposition Hall on the Alliant Energy Center campus is still using the original Johnson Controls Building Automation System that was installed when the facility was originally built. This system is now obsolete and in need of a complete upgrade to improve performance and maintainability. A new open protocol Niagara System will be installed to bring this facility into alignment with current Dane County standards for BAS control.
