Notes:
This is a phased renovation to the historic Allen Fieldhouse that is located on the
University of Kansas campus. This arena is home to the Kansas Jayhawk’s men’s &
women’s basketball team. Phase 01 renovation scope primarily consists of interior
upgrades to the ticketing offices, rally house(s), and back of house spaces on first
and second floors to be completed prior to the 2023-24 basketball seasons. Phase
02 scope will include further interior upgrades and MEP upgrades, as well as
Wagnon Parrot renovations. Phase 02 will be issued at a later date. Award of Phase
01 scope does not indicate any further awards in future phases.
This bid is for MEP Early Equipment Packages.
In order for your bid to be considered it MUST be uploaded via this online ebid
system. Bids submitted around the system or via email will not be considered. Direct

Tab, prior to 12:00 Noon CT on Wednesday May 3, 2023. Each question or clarification should reference the
appropriate Solicitation section.

Bids are due by 2:00pm local time on Monday May 8, 2023. All proposals shall be in accordance with plans and
specifications as prepared by MultiStudio, dated 04/03/2023.
Any bids submitted directly to Turner Construction WILL NOT be considered.
ALL bids must be submitted through the KU Ionwave ebid system to be considered.
If bid documents are not uploaded to the Ionwave ebid system by the bid close date and time they WILL NOT be
accepted or considered for review.
