Description: The NYS Department of Environmental Conservation is seeking bids for the Sale of Forest Products – 677 MBF more or less and 906 cords more or less. Contract extensions may be granted, at the discretion of the DEC upon written request of the Contractor, when extenuating circumstances exist. No extension shall exceed 12 months in length, and the total length of all extensions shall not exceed 24 months. Requests for extensions shall be made in writing at least 60 days prior to Contract termination date.
