SOLICITATION TITLE: All Agency Paving and Related Construction Services As Needed.
DESCRIPTION: MTA is requesting Bidders to provide firm fixed pricing for Paving and Related Construction
Services as needed in accordance with attached IFB Technical Specifications. MTA reserves the right to
make in its sole discretion a single award to one Contractor for an All-Agency Paving and Related
Construction contract for all Classes A, B & C. MTA shall also, shall have the option to issue separate
contract awards to multiple Contractors for each Class A, B & C on an as-needed basis.
Funding: 100% Operating Goals: MBE: 15%
WBE: 15%
Est $ Range: $10M - $50M
Contract Term: Three (3) Years
SDVOB: 6%
