Project Description: The City of Waco is soliciting proposals for the Alice Martinez Rodriguez Park Project, located at 2901 Clay Avenue in Waco, Texas, focusing on the development of nearly 40 acres surrounding the current Hart-Patterson Track facility. The project vision is for a distinctive destination park that accommodates visitors of diverse physical abilities, honors the history of the neighborhood, optimizes the natural features of Waco Creek, and mitigates flood events in the park.
