Alfred State College President’s House Roof Replacement

Scope of Work:

The scope of work of this project is for the Roofing Replacement of the President's home at Alfred State College located at 9 Reynolds Street, Alfred NY 14802. The scope includes, but is not limited to, temporary protection of public spaces, installation of replacement architectural shingle roofing materials, penetrations & thru-wall flashing, and counter flashing.

RFQ Solicitation Timetable
A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting with be held at the proposed project address at 11:00 AM, on August, 13 2025. Although attendance is not mandatory; it is strongly recommended that all interested vendors attend. In order to RSVP to the Pre-Bid Conference please email labrozr@alfredstate.edu .

All questions related to this RFQ are to be submitted via email to Chief Financial Officer's office email: labrozr@alfredstate.edu with the RFQ number as the Subject line by no later than 08/20/2025 at 12:00PM. Proposers will be permitted to ask additional questions at the Prebid meeting. Responses to all submitted questions will be available for public viewing in Sourcing under the RFQ.

Bid Submission Requirements

Vendors shall electronically upload a single .pdf containing ALL components of the bid to the email: labrozr@alfredstate.edu by the RFQ Bid Submission Deadline. Alfred State College will NOT accept hardcopy Bids by fax or mail.
