Scope of Services
This RFP intends to solicit sealed proposals from qualified Contractor(s) to provide land improvements in accordance with the construction plans and specifications.
The Contract Bid Documents include Base Bid project specifications and Additive Alternate project specifications. The City will award the Contract to the Lowest Responsive and Responsible Bidder of the Base Bid. Any or all of the Additive Alternate Bid Items may be included in the Construction Contract prior to execution at the sole discretion of the City of DeBary.

Question from Vendor: I had reached out about the E One system for this job the other day. I got back with the vendor and these were her concerns.
Tim, see posted below - the lift station detail they show is not an EONE station nor are the notes from an EONE spec although they call for an entire EONE system (may have just been grabbed from another project) but nonetheless want to ensure that they are ok with the drawings ive provided for the EONE package. • The most important id want to confirm is that the station has been sized considering the future expansion to the facility. I see "Future Events Building", "Future Operations Building", "Future Maintenance Building" - NOT IN CONTRACT.....shown on C4.0. The proposed station is rated for 3,000 GPD • Confirm 240V I Phase will be available to the EONE panel • EONE does not have an H20 traffic rated lid, my quote does not include the fiberglass valve box • The proposed EONE station I have quoted has a manifold inside the station with a single 1-1/4" discharge out of the basin (we can revise to a parallel discharge out of station if external valve box is required) typically a single small curb box with 1 1-1/4" EONE SS check valve (per their detail sheet in upper right of lift station page) would be utilized instead of the larger fiberglass shown |
