The title and number of the RFP are: Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise and 23-1678

The City currently uses the Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise (ALE) product portfolio to support The City’s campus, office, and data center network connectivity needs.

The City is seeking proposals from Proponents who are authorized gold or better partners of Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise for software licenses and annual maintenance of Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise equipment and ability to resell related products.

The authorized reseller will be responsible to provide:
Recurring Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise equipment maintenance and support;
Technical Assistance Center (TAC) access for support;
Return Materials Authorization (RMA) of defective equipment;
On demand Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise equipment;
Planned, recurring, and on demand professional services; and
On demand new Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise software licenses and support.
