Albert Whitted Airport ‐ Airfield Electrical Vault Rehab (Project No. 23159-100)

The City of St. Petersburg ("City") is seeking bids from qualified Contractors for improvements at Albert Whitted Airport. The scope of work includes installing an emergency backup generator at the airfield vault, as well as upgrading and replacing outdated wiring, chases, regulators, and other worn components. Additional work will involve structural and building system enhancements, including electrical and HVAC upgrades. The project also encompasses site improvements such as grading, sodding, installing an asphalt access driveway, constructing a gravel bed, and modifying the existing drainage system.
