Albany State University - Portable Toilet Rentals

Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated §§50-5-50 et seq.), Albany State University is issuing this Request for Quote (RFQ) to accept bids for Portable Toilet Rentals at all locations and campuses owned by Albany State University, per the attached Bid Specifications. Pricing must include all applicable costs for products or services, including any applicable shipping charges FOB Destination to Albany, Georgia, and all other requirements as outlined in the Specifications.  All questions must be submitted to the Procurement Office via the Questions function on this solicitation.  Prospective bidders should only contact the ASU Procurement Office regarding this solicitation.
This solicitation is to establish an agency contract for Albany State University.  The initial term of the contract and any renewal options shall be in accordance with the Agency Contract Cover Sheet.
Any contract award(s) resulting from the RFQ will be made to the lowest, responsive and responsible supplier(s) meeting all specifications and with whom the Albany State University has reached agreement on all contract terms and conditions.  Albany State University reserves the right to select one or more suppliers for award and to award all items to one or more supplier, individual line items to one or more suppliers, or subcategories of products/services to one or more suppliers when to do so is in the best interests of the State of Georgia. It is anticipated that there will be no more than three (3) awardees as part of this contract.
