The items contained in this addendum are added to and/or deleted and become

part of the specifications and bid documents for the above referenced Invitation

to Bid.

Questions and Answers

1. Page 4 of 14 – Item 6 – Sample required with bid submission. What samples do we need to provide?

Answer: None requested with bid submission. However, samples will be need at

commencement of order to ensure proper embroidery.

2. Page 6 of 14 – Polo shirts – can we get a photo and dimensions (height/width) of the embroidered

logo? Answ er: Logo is 2.5”x2.5”

3. Page 7 and 8 of 14 – We assume the pants will need to have the inseam hemmed? Answ er: Correct

4. Page 8 or 14 – Flying Cross pants - Can we substitute an equal or greater comparable product for any

of the specific garments indicated? If so, what color are these pants? Answ er: No
