Albany Capital Center Toilet Rooms Project

Scope: The Work in the base bid includes: • All material, labor, and equipment necessary to Furnish & Install Toilet Rooms that are entirely within the Albany Capital Center. • The scope includes: (permitting & inspections will be coordinated through the ACCA with contractor collaboration), all general conditions, material, labor, and equipment necessary, for temporary protection of existing surfaces and occupied spaces, minor selective demolition, drywall surface repairs, painting of adjacent wall surfaces, and coordination with the facility operator as required for: scheduling any work “By Others”, maintaining safety, efficiency, and to be assured of the timely delivery of the overall project. • The project is to be completed during normal working hours based upon available dates in the event calendar from a schedule developed by the Contractor with input from the Operator. Owner will consider work outside of normal working hours if requested by contractor to complete by deadline. • Owner will accept invoices (with insurance certificates) for stored material to assure the timely completion of the Work. • All work can begin December 13, 2025, and is to be completed by January 21st, 2026. Minor punch list items to be completed by January 31, 2026.
