The scope of work contained in this project is limited to the interior remodeling of the vacated medical offices located on the second floor of the existing three-story Millennium Center office building located at 4340 Newberry Road, Gainesville, Florida.
The interior remodeling will consist of the following: Removal and replacement of flooring and ceiling and the removal of the common wall between spaces. The two vacant medical offices in the buildings southwest corner of the office building as noted in the supporting drawings. a number of the interior non-load bearing walls will be eliminated or modified to accommodate the needed pharmaceutical storage and worktables as noted in the demolition and proposed modernized floor plan sheets contained in the set of drawings. none of the Life safety exiting requirements will be disturbed and the existing fire sprinkler system, medical, electrical, and plumbing systems will be altered to reflect the proposed wall changes.
The estimated budget for this project: $350,000.00
