Bids will be received electronically only through the Trimble Unity Construct Bid Portal. Bids in any format other than the specified one will not be accepted.
As a project delegated to Penn State by the Pennsylvania Department of General Services (DGS), this bid opening is being held publicly via a Zoom Meeting. Registration is required. See each specific bid package below for the registration link. Zoom will send a confirmation email with the URL to access the webinar. Organizers will admit registrants to the bid opening at 3:00 p.m.
