STATEMENT OF WORK Research Supplies -Genomics Sample Kits
Introduction
The purpose of this Statement of Work is to outline the tasks and responsibilities for a contract with VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System (VA GLA) Medical Research for 10X Genomics Flex kit required for the capturing keratinocytes and other delicate cell types, which are prone to being lost during the sample preparation process when control, benign and malignant skin samples are subjected to formaldehyde fixation followed by sc-RNA sequencing on the VA West Los Angeles approved research space at UCLA MRL 6535.
Scope
The Department of Veterans Affairs GLA VA Medical Center, has a requirement for the 10X Genomics Flex kit to capturing keratinocytes and other delicate cell types, which are prone to being lost during the sample preparation process when control, benign and malignant skin samples are subjected to formaldehyde fixation followed by sc-RNA sequencing. The data will be correlated with the Reflectance Confocal Microscopy imaging-based prediction of their malignancy types. This will help provide molecular and cellular changes corresponding to type of skin condition prediction by Reflectance Confocal Microscopy physician s Machine Learning and Reflectance Confocal Microscopy for Biopsy-free Virtual Histology of Squamous Skin Neoplasms study.
The contractor shall provide all resources necessary to accomplish the deliverables described in this statement of Work (SOW), except as may otherwise be specified. The requested supplies include:
