Defense Language Institute or Foreign Language Center (DLIFLC) requires library specific furniture to make the vison we have been working on the past five years into reality. We hope to add the following items. 64 total tables; including round, occasional, standing, computer, flip-top, square, charging station tables that allow both standing and sitting, and a new circulation desk. 49 lounge chairs including arm and armless chairs and comfortable round chairs. 44 task chairs, which will be use at the computer tables. 36 stacking chairs, which will be used in the 3 study rooms and conference room. 48 end panels that will be used at the ends of each bookshelf for our collection. 4 media stations that will allow teachers to utilize the space for classes, or other faculty that want to hold breakout sessions for seminars. 8 room dividers that can be used throughout the library to create more of a quiet space when media stations are being used and for other areas if more privacy is needed or it is too loud. 40 diner style booths with tables for one and two people. 58 wood chairs with cushion on the back and seat and covered with vinyl for durability. This also includes 18 bar stool height wood chairs
