Airport Perimeter Fence Tree And Land Debris Clearing

The City of Joplin, Missouri will accept sealed bids until August 4, 2026 1:00 P.M., at the office of the Director of Public Works, 602 S Main St. Joplin, Missouri in the 4 ^th Floor Conference Room for the purchasing of the following services:

JOPLIN REGIONAL AIRPORT PERIMETER FENCE LAND CLEARING

Tree and Land Debris Clearing 10 Feet from Perimeter Fence at select locations

Work to be completed in phases as budget allows

A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on July 23, 2026 at 1:00 P.M., at 602 S Main St. Joplin, Missouri, in the 4 ^th Floor Conference Room for all prospective bidders. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to re-bid at a later date. The City may waive any irregularities in the bid or negotiate variances from specifications and make awards that are in the best interest of the City. The City will have final decision in all matters regarding acceptance of bids and issuance of awards.

The City encourages minority and female owned businesses to submit bids on all City projects.
