2025 Airport Paving Projects

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids will be received by the Snohomish County Purchasing Division for the following:

Bid No . PW-25-0382SB: 2025 Airport Paving Projects

Engineer's Estimate (pre-tax):

Airside Improvements (Schedule A): $870,300 Landside Improvements (Schedule B): $525,000

No oral interpretations of the Bid will be made to any Bidder. All questions must be submitted in writing by Email to purchasing@snoco . org . All answers and clarifications will be sent to all plan holders via addendum. Please refer to the bid document for the question phase due date.

A pre-bid site inspection will be held on Monday, January 27, 2025, at 12:00 PM at Snohomish County Airport Offices, 10108 32nd Ave W Building C-1. All bidders are urged to attend.

Bid submittals must be received at the Snohomish County Purchasing Division as set forth below not later than 11:00 a.m., February 11, 2025. Late submittals will not be accepted. Envelopes containing submittals shall be sealed and marked with the name of the individual/firm, the submittal deadline, and "Bid PW-25-0382SB, 2025 Airport Paving Projects".

1. by commercial carrier only (Fed Ex, UPS, USPS) to the Snohomish County Purchasing Division, 3000 Rockefeller Avenue, 6th Floor, Everett, Washington 98201; or,

2. by mail to the attention of the Snohomish County Purchasing Division, 3000 Rockefeller Avenue, MS 507, Everett, WA 98201.

Note: Hand delivered submittals will not be accepted at any other County location other than the County Purchasing Division as described above.

Bids will be opened by County staff. The opening may be viewed via Microsoft Teams. Bidders may attend bid openings on the 6th floor of the Robert J. Drewel Building. Bidders may also call in and listen to the bid opening at the number below.

If you are not familiar with Teams, please access the system early to ensure there is time to resolve any potential technical difficulties. Please call the Purchasing Division at 425-388-3344 if you are experiencing technical issues at least ten minutes prior to bid opening.
