Notes	The City of Georgetown is accepted sealed proposals for the construction project: Georgetown Airport Maintenance Building The City of Georgetown is seeking proposals from all qualified respondents to construct GEORGETOWN AIRPORT MAINTENANCE BUILDING located at 401 Wright Brothers, Dr., Street, Georgetown, Texas. The successful Proposer (Contractor) must meet all requirements of this RFP, maintain proper licensing, and comply with all federal, state, and local laws and mandates relative to the services specified in this RFP. Bids must be electronically submitted throughthe City E-bid system accessible via City’s web site at https://gtowntx.ionwave.net/Login.aspx on or before February 13, 2025, at 2:00 PM and immediately thereafter publicly opened and read aloud.
