Statement of Purpose:

The County of Humboldt, by and through the Humboldt County Department of Aviation (“County ”), is issuing this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) Proposals from experienced professionals to design, develop, implement and support a local information technology system used to collect data regarding general aviation aircraft landings at, and departures from, the California Redwood Coast – Humboldt County (“ACV”), Murray Field, Rohnerville, Garberville, Dinsmore and Kneeland Airports and provide certain fee collection and customer support services related thereto (“Airport Landing and Parking Surveillance, Tracking, Billing and Collection System”).  The Successful Proposer must have the ability to provide an Airport Landing and Parking Surveillance, Tracking, Billing and Collection System that substantially complies with all of the requirements set forth in this RFP.  This RFP is a non-binding solicitation for the provision of an Airport Landing and Parking Surveillance, Tracking, Billing and Collection System and may be canceled by County at any time.
