AIRPORT CONSULTING SERVICES – PLANNING - Lagrange Callaway Airport

The Troup County Board of Commissioners Georgia requests “Statements of Qualifications” from qualified firms to
engage in services of a consulting firm for professional planning and environmental services in connection with the Airport Capital Improvement
Plan at the LaGrange Callaway Airport. The selected consultant would be expected to participate in the projects listed in the CIP. Notices of Requests
for Statements of Qualifications will only be provided to qualified consulting firms that are currently GDOT approved in Area Class No. 1.08 Airport
Master Planning. The CIP and required format and details for submitting the Statements of Qualifications may be obtained at ssl.doas.state.ga.us or by
request to Ramona Gillham, Purchasing Director at rgillham@troupcountyga.gov This is NOT
a request for a priced proposal. Statements must be sealed, delivered via mail or in person, and marked “AIRPORT CONSULTING SERVICES RFQ 2026 - PLANNING”
on the outside of the envelope. The deadline for RFIs is Friday, July 7, 2026 at 5:00pm. RFIs will only be accepted via email
to rgillham@troupcountyga.gov Statements of Qualifications must be received at the
Troup County Purchasing Department, 100 Ridley Avenue, Suite 3111, LaGrange, GA 30240 Friday, July 17, 2026 at 2:00 pm.
