AIRPORT CONSULTING SERVICES - ENGINEERING - Lagrange Callaway Airport

The Troup County Board of Commissioners requests “Statements of Qualifications” from qualified firms to engage in services of a consulting firm for professional
design and construction services in connection with the Airport Capital Improvement Plan at the Lagrange Callaway Airport. The selected consultant would be
expected to participate in the projects listed in the CIP. Notices of Requests for Statements of Qualifications will only be provided to
qualified consulting firms that are currently GDOT approved in Area Classes 2.09 Airport Design, 2.09b Airport Design - Electrical and 8.02
Airport Construction Administration and Observation. The CIP and required format and details for submitting the Statements of Qualifications
may be obtained at ssl.doas.state.ga.us/gpr.index or by request to Ramona Gillham, Purchasing Director at rgillham@troupcountyga.gov
This is NOT a request for a priced proposal. Statements must be sealed, delivered via mail or in person, and
marked “AIRPORT CONSULTING SERVICES RFQ 2026 – ENGINEERING” on the outside of the envelope. Deadline for RFIs is Tuesday,
July 7, 2026 by 5:00pm. RFI’s will only be accepted by email to rgillham@troupcountyga.gov
Statements of Qualifications must be received at the Troup County Purchasing Department, 100 Ridley Ave Suite 3100 LaGrange, GA 30240 by no
later than 2:00pm on Friday, July 17, 2026.
