Project Description: SCOPE: The Niagara Frontier Transportation Authority is soliciting proposals for the exclusive design, installation, operation, and maintenance of an innovative and high-quality Advertising and Display Service Concession for the Buffalo Niagara International Airport and the Niagara Falls International Airport.
GOALS: 21% ACDBE
PRE-PROPOSAL/SITE INSPECTION: A pre-proposal meeting and site inspection will be held on March 13, 2025 11:00 AM EDT.
The prospective contractor is required to become familiar with the work covered by this contract prior to submitting a proposal.
Proponents must register to attend. Register by March 11, 2025, 11:00 AM EDT by CLICKING on the “Ask a Question” button located next to the Questions Due Date Button to send a message to register.

For successful questionnaire and /or Bid/Table template uploads, please ensure you are using Microsoft Office/Excel/Word 2007 or newer.
