Aircraft Support Systems Operation and Maintenance Services

The City of Houston seeks proposals for comprehensive Aircraft Support Systems Operation and Maintenance Services at George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH). Services include preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of passenger boarding bridges, ground power, preconditioned air, potable water, HVAC, and support equipment, following OEM standards. The contractor will provide inspections, repairs, cleaning, warranty administration, emergency response, and recordkeeping via HAS’s EAMS, with trained personnel and a dedicated Project Manager. HAS provides utilities, limited storage, and selected equipment; the contractor supplies tools, parts, and operational resources, ensuring quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.

To notify all interested proposers, the Pre-Proposal Conference has been rescheduled to February 19, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. The in-person Pre-Proposal Conference will be held at the following location:
