NOTICE OF INTENT

The Naval Supply (NAVSUP) Systems Command, Fleet Logistics Center Jacksonville (FLCJ), FL intends to issue a sole source award utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures to Commemorative Air Force to provide 5 aircraft (B-25, C-45, U-3, T-6, and BT-13), for static display purposes for the 2024 Wings Over Cowtown Air Show located at Naval Air Station Joint Reserve Base Fort Worth, from 11-14 April 2024.

A Sources Sought was posted on SAM.gov from 20 March 24 to 25 March 24 and there were no responses received. Commemorative Air Force has been cited as the only vendor with this unique combination of all 5 aircraft being available.

The applicable North American Industrial Classification System Code (NAICS) code that these items fall under is 532411, with a size standard of $45.5M.

The notice of intent is for information purposes only.

This notice does not constitute a request for a proposal, request for quote or an invitation to bid.

All sources eligible to provide the requirement must respond in writing.

Responses must be supported with clear and convincing evidence to clearly articulate the ability to provide this requirement as outlined above.

A request for documentation will not be considered as an affirmative response.

Any responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the government.

If no responses are received, within two (2) calendar days after publication of this notice, to the effect that comparable items are available, and that this is more advantageous to the Government than obtaining this product through a soles source contract, then a sole source acquisition award will be made.
