The Department of Public Safety (DPS) seeks a single vendor to provide all aviation-related services including a turnkey hosted aircraft management, maintenance services, and aircraft parts ordering software solution for the Aircraft Operations Division (AOD). The solution will store records for over 25 aircraft including but not limited to Airbus AS350 B2, AS350B3 2b1, H125, and separate customizable personnel information profiles for the 100 pilots and aircrew. DPS must be able to add and remove aircraft and personnel as needed and on demand. The solution will track various aircraft records, flights, training, currencies, maintenance, aircraft accessories, parts, and equipment and provide user roles, management, and training records. The solution will provide a portal for parts and accessories for DPS owned aircraft and its unmanned aerial systems (UAS)fleet. The solution must be able to apply funding codes to expense operating budgets for each flight record and generate reports for budgetary means. AOD must be able to create reports for any data input into the solution.
