The AFLCMC Operational Contracting Branch at Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio, is seeking capability packages from potential sources to support the 2026 Air Force Marathon.
This Sources Sought synopsis is published for market research purposes only to identify potential sources capable of delivering any one or a combination of the supplies and/or services described in the attached Statement of Work (SOW).
The Government is seeking capability packages from all potential sources, including but not limited to: Small Businesses (SB), 8(a) participants, HUBZone Small Businesses, Economically Disadvantaged Women-Owned Small Businesses (EDWOSB), Women-Owned Small Businesses (WOSB), Small Disadvantaged Businesses (SDB), and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB).

All interested vendors shall submit a capabilities package to provide various supplies and services in support of the 2026 Air Force Marathon that explicitly demonstrates their capability to provide any one or more supplies and/or services that meet the need.

All correspondence sent via email shall contain a subject line that reads: 2026 Air Force Marathon – Multiple Requirements. If this subject line is not included, the email may not get through email filters at WPAFB. Filters are designed to delete emails without a subject or with a suspicious subject or attachments. Attachments with files ending in .zip or .exe are not allowable and will be deleted. Ensure only .pdf, .doc, .docx, .xlsx or .xls documents are attached to your email. All other attachments may be deleted.
