INVITATION TO BID AIR DUCT CLEANING SERVICES

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of Victor is accepting sealed bids for Air Duct Cleaning Services for various municipal buildings.

Bids will be received by the Town Clerk’s Office at 85 E. Main Street, Victor, NY 14564 until August 21, 2025, at 12:00 PM, at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.

The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the complete cleaning of HVAC air duct systems in accordance with NADCA (National Air Duct Cleaners Association) standards. Specifications and bid documents may be obtained at www.townofvictorny.gov or from the Town Clerks office during regular business hours.

A mandatory pre-bid site inspection will be held during the week of August 11th. All prospective bidders are required to schedule their walk through.

All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked “BID – AIR DUCT CLEANING SERVICES” and must include all required forms and certifications.

The Town of Victor reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any informalities, and accept the bid deemed to be in the best interest of the Town of Victor.
