CONSTRUCTION: Material - High carbon steel rake head with reinforced welds; Handle -Heavy gauge steel tubular handle; Heat Rating - Suitable for continuous exposure to 1,600?2,000�F chamber temperatures; Finish - Industrial high temp black oxide or heat resistant coating. DIMENSIONS: Overall Length: 72?96 inches (6?8ft), Rake Head Width: 12?16 inches, Rake Head Thickness: 1/4in ? 3/8inplate steel, Handle Diameter: 1?1.25in WEIGHT: Approx. 12?18lbs, depending on length and head configuration. FUNCTIONAL USE - PRIMARY FUNCTIONS: Ash leveling during active burns, pulling unburned material toward the combustion zone, clearing burn chamber floor after shutdown, managing hot coals to maintain optimal burn efficiency, assisting with chamber clean out before next operational cycle.
