Project Description: || State-Funded Project || This project is state funded and will, therefore, be bid utilizing prevailing and non-prevailing wage rates at the time of bid.
This contract primarily consists of replacing the existing gymnasium heating and ventilating units with packaged rooftop units capable of air-conditioning, ventilating, and heating for the following ten schools: Phase 1: Centennial HS (IAC Review Required), Cradlerock ES / Lake Elkhorn MS, Elkridge Landing MS, and Guilford ES. Phase 2: Glenelg HS (IAC Review Required), Howard HS (IAC Review Required), Ilchester ES, Jeffers Hill ES, and Bryant Woods ES.
