306 RQS Quincy Air Compressor Repair
This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) Part 12, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and an additional written solicitation will not be issued.
Solicitation FA4877-26-Q-A176 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ).
This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2026-01 effective 13 March 2026, DFARS provisions and clauses in effect 5/7/2026, and DAFFARS provisions and clauses in effect 10/16/2024. Additionally, Revolutionary FAR Overhaul updates and DFARS deviations applicable to this solicitation are dated on or after 2/01/2026.
This procurement is being issued as a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System Code is 811310 with a size standard of $12.5 Million.
The right to make multiple or no awards is reserved in the event it is advantageous to the Government to do so.
Davis-Monthan Air Force Base intends to award a firm-fixed price contract for the repair of a Quincy Air Compressor (Model: QGV100, Serial # UTY303835) for the 306th Rescue Squadron. The contractor shall provide all labor, parts, materials, and supervision to replace the failed Variable Speed Drive (VSD) module and return the unit to full service, as described in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS).
Offerors shall provide pricing for the following:
CLIN 0001: Repair of 306 RQS Air Compressor - QTY: 1 LOT

All questions must be submitted by email no later than 21 July 206, 11:00 AM (PDT).
All quotes must be submitted via email no later than 24 July, 4:00 PM (PDT).
It is the responsibility of the quoter to review this posting for any changes or amendments that may occur. It is also the responsibility of the quoter to ensure all quotes and/or questions are submitted by the specified due date.

Quote Submission Requirements:
Quotes must include: Company Name, Company Address, CAGE Code, UEI, and Small Business Type.
A statement confirming the ability to provide OEM parts and utilize factory-certified technicians.
Quotes must not exceed 5 pages (including cover page).

(b) Options. Options are not included in this requirement.
(c) A written notice of award or acceptance of a quote, mailed or otherwise furnished to the successful quoter within the time for acceptance specified in the quote, shall result in a binding contract without further action by either party. Before the quote’s specified expiration time, the Government may accept a quote (or part of a quote), whether or not there are negotiations after its receipt, unless a written notice of withdrawal is received before award.
