Deposits for hard copy must be in a form of a check. Please mail all deposit checks to Repro Graphix, Inc.; 437 N. Illinois St.; Indianapolis, IN 46204. Please scan and email a copy of your check once placing your hard copy deposit set order to plans@reprographix.com

Documents returned in good condition within the time allotted or winning bidder can request their deposit check to be returned and must include a self-addressed stamped envelope (SASE) or UPS account number. If a SASE is not included, the check will be voided.

The Trustees of Purdue University will receive sealed bids for the following projects until 3:00 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) on the 5th day of June 2025 in the offices of Capital Asset Management, 2550 Northwestern Avenue, Suite 1100, West Lafayette, IN 47906.

A $300 deposit will be required for each hardcopy set of bidding documents. One compact disk or download is available at no charge. Postage and handling fee may apply.

A voluntary pre-bid meeting for Project No. 1 will be held on May 13, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. EDT, assembling at MEIGS – Purdue Ag Center, 9101 S 100 E, Lafayette, IN 47909 before going to the proposed airfield, east of Romney IN.
