Project Description: The project involves general renovations and upgrades to existing mechanical equipment. Contractor is responsible for replacement of:
- Four (4) existing indoor air-handling units with four (4) new air-handling units with added cooling. This project will also include the replacement of:
- Two (2) domestic hot water heaters,
- Two (2) roof-top heating and ventilation units
- Three (3) existing exhaust fans
And all associated equipment and accessories as specified in the Issue for Bid Drawing and Specification package.
Adjustments to heating, ventilation and domestic hot water systems should also be considered to support these upgrades.
