The New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA) is issuing this Request for Qualifications (RFQL) to procure the services of a qualified Agrivoltaics Research Contractor to provide services to collect, analyze, synthesize, and report agronomic, social, and environmental data related to agrivoltaics demonstration sites secured through RFP 5752: Agrivoltaics Demonstration Projects. NYSERDA seeks qualified institutions, firms, companies, or organizations (including teaming arrangements) that demonstrate the necessary capabilities, thought leadership, credibility and trust with important stakeholders, and technical and analytic expertise to assist NYSERDA in collecting and synthesizing agronomic and environmental data from the agrivoltaic operations to fill information gaps about feasibility and design, operational costs, and environmental and social impacts of agrivoltaics.
