AGRICULTURAL LAND CLEARING [BID DATE CHANGED FROM 11/21/2025]

Project Description: Remove land clearing debris pile mixed with standing trees and understory vegetation covering ~17,600 square feet (~0.4 acres) (160 ft x 110 ft) on gently sloping land in Waimanalo, HI, 96795. Debris pile, standing trees, and understory vegetation may be chipped/mulched in place or removed from the site. All debris and vegetation (including roots) shall be cleared. The site surface shall be graded to the contour of the surrounding land parcels. Attached mp4 and jpg files show the material to be removed. Site available for inspection on November 14, 2025, by appointment only.

Several questions have been asked about this request. We are in the process of answering them. When we have the answers, we will update the request with the additional information. Any vendor that has submitted a bid will have the option to update their bid when this new information is made available. Until then, the closing date is extended to December 5, 2025.
