Description

The purpose of this Request for Bid (RFB) is to solicit for additional Contractors to add to the already established State of Minnesota Contract for aggregates and sand delivered for stockpile purposes only. State Agencies or CPV Members reserve the right to pick up materials at the Contractors location. This Contract does not include, nor shall it be used, to provide delivery of materials requiring placement and/or spreading which may constitute construction and therefore be subject to prevailing wage. The Contract is to serve as a mechanism for State Agencies and CPV members to obtain materials only as needed. All existing Contracts will remain in place and will maintain their current location coverages. Existing Contractors wishing to add new locations to their contract may also respond to this RFB.

QUESTIONS/CLARIFICATIONS. Any questions and/or clarifications in regard to the solicitation response shall be made in writing to Tou Yang, Buyer, via email at Tou.D.Yang@state.mn.us by February 10, 2025, no later than 4:00 PM CT. If a Responder discovers any significant ambiguity, error, conflict, discrepancy, omission, or other deficiency in the RFP, they must immediately notify the Buyer in writing of such error and request modification or clarification of the document. Responders are not to contact anyone within any other State Agency regarding this solicitation. The State is not obligated to answer questions submitted after the questions/clarifications due date and time.
