Conducting Procurement Unit: Governor's Office - CCJJ (Soon to be Department of Criminal Justice)
The purpose of this RFP is to enter into a contract to provide legal council as assigned for Aggravated Murder Trail Roster.
NOTE: Firms that already have a current contract for these services with the contract end date of 6/16/2029 DO NOT have to submit a response.
It is anticipated that this RFP will result multiple contract awards to the responsive and responsible vendors meeting the minimum technical score threshold.
Any Contract Awarded Under this Solicitation will have an end date of 06/16/2029.
