The Arkansas Game and Fish Commission (AGFC) issues this Request for Proposal (RFP) to seek proposals from qualified research institutions or consulting firms to conduct a comprehensive research study to estimate statewide American Alligator populations and assess methods for yearly population estimates. This RFP is designed to provide the Prospective Contractor(s) with the information necessary to prepare a competitive Response. This RFP process is for AGFC’s benefit and is intended to provide AGFC with competitive information.
