Agent for Safety Service Patrol Donation and Acknowledgement Program

Project Description: This solicitation is to establish a contract services to provide TxDOT with (a) qualified company(ies) to manage TxDOT’s Safety Service Patrol (SSP) Sponsorship and Acknowledgement Program in the TxDOT Districts of Austin, San Antonio, and El Paso; TxDOT may add one or more Districts to the Program during the time of the contract(s) resulting from this solicitation. The Program aims to enhance road safety and provide valuable services to motorists through effective sponsorship and acknowledgement strategies. TxDOT intends to enter into one or more contracts with successful proposer(s) for guaranteed sponsorship revenue to offset the cost of SSP programs’ operations.
