Agency Contract - Landscaping Services

Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated §§50-5-50 et seq.), this electronic Request for Quotes (eRFQ) is being issued by the Technical College System of Georgia (TCSG) on behalf of Athens Technical College (ATC) to establish an agency contract with one qualified supplier who will provide landscaping service and maintenance for the Athens Campus (hereinafter, the State Entity) as further described in this eRFQ.

Athens Technical College is seeking a qualified supplier to provide weekly landscaping maintenance to all the grounds of the Athens Campus. Athens Technical College is located at 800 US Highway 29 North, Athens, GA 30601. MANDATORY PREBID CONFERENCE: Athens Technical College (ATC) will be hosting an onsite Mandatory Prebid Conference and Site Visit at their Atlanta Campus on March 24, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. EST to discuss the scope of work associated with this project.
