83400 - Agency Contract for Linen Rental Services

Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated §§50-5-50 et seq.), this electronic Request for Quotes (eRFQ) is being issued by the Technical College System of Georgia (TCSG) on behalf of Lanier Technical College(LTC) to establish a contract with one qualified supplier who will provide Linen Rental Services to Lanier Technical College (hereinafter, the State Entity) with as further described in this eRFQ.

The College is seeking to establish an Agency Contract for the rental of table linen for the Ramsey Conference Center located at 2535 Lanier Tech Drive, Gainesville, GA 30507 and also the Forsyth Conference Center located at 3410 Ronald Reagan Boulevard, Cumming, GA 30041. The annual quantity will depend entirely on the number of scheduled events requiring this service. Fabric of rental linen must be Polyester or Poly Cotton cloth.
