Ag Land Lease at Arcadia Lake

All bids must be accompanied by a remittance (cashier's check, certified check, or surety bond) in the amount of 25% of each bid, made payable to the City of Edmond Public works Authority as a bid deposit. The bid deposit is required as evidence of good faith that, if awarded a contract, the bidder will execute the contract within thirty (30) days from the date of acceptance of bid by paying the balance of the first annual agreement(s) payment(s). Bid deposit will serve as liquidated damages (to be retained by the City of Edmond Public Works Authority) in the event of failure to do so. Deposits will be returned to unsuccessful Bidders.
