2026-08 Ag Extension Building Renovation

Walker County, Georgia is soliciting proposals from qualified is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors for exterior building improvements and ADA updates at 109 S Duke Street, LaFayette, GA. Work will include full exterior window replacement, structural lintel replacement, ADA accessibility upgrades, exterior awning replacement, exterior brick repair and exterior painting.

Sealed proposals will be received at the office of Joe Legge, Walker County Government, 101 S Duke St., LaFayette, GA 30728 until 2:00 p.m. local time on April 21, 2026, and then publicly opened and read aloud at said location.
