Work includes but is not limited to demolition of an existing bathroom, storage room, and kitchen space to create one larger room for a water meter test bench. Installation of water meter test bench and replacement of ceiling light fixtures and controls. Revised Engineer Estimate: $250,000. RSVP to Mandatory job walk.
