Project Description: Issuing and Conducting Procurement Unit: Granite School District
The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to enter into a contract to provide after school program for elementary instrumental music according to the attached DB26-005 RFP After School Instrumental Music Program document.
It is anticipated that this RFP will result in multiple contract awards. The methodology or formula that will be used to determine the number of contract awards is: offerors that meet a minimum of 70% of the required technical criteria
Contract Term: one year with 4 optional 1 year renewals
