The Town of Chapel Hill is seeking proposals for qualified firms to serve as a fund administrator for a new affordable housing revolving loan fund intended to support the Town’s goals of preserving existing subsidized and naturally occurring affordable housing and developing new affordable housing.

Proposals are due by 3:00 P.M. on October 16, 2023. Please email proposals to Zakia Alam, Purchasing and Contracts Manager at zalam@townofchapelhill.org . Email attachments should not exceed 20MB per email.

Questions concerning this Request for Proposals (RFP) must be submitted in writing no later than 5:00 P.M. on September 18, 2023 to Emily Holt, Affordable Housing Manager, via e-mail at eholt@townofchapellhill.org . All responses to submitted questions will be published in the form of an addendum on the Town’s website at www.townofchapelhill.org by September 26, 2023.

The Town of Chapel Hill reserves the right to reject any and all proposals for any reason or no reason and to accept the proposal most favorable to the Town of Chapel Hill.
