Affordable Housing Action Plan

The Town of Wellesley’s Affordable Housing Trust (“the Trust”), seeks proposals from consultants to develop an Affordable Housing Trust Action Plan. Specifically, the Trust seeks the professional services from experienced planning and housing finance professionals qualified to develop a five-year framework to guide the activities of the Trust. The consultant will work with the Trust and others as necessary to create and refine the goals and strategies, lead public engagement processes, develop an operating and funding framework, and synthesize materials into the Action Plan.
