Funding from the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) HOME Investment Partnership Program (HOME) is made available to support the development of affordable housing for sale to eligible homebuyers in Pierce County. The Pierce County Community Development Corporation (PC-CDC) is the subrecipient of the County HOME funding and carries out the HOME program on behalf of Pierce County.
